Parenting can be a demanding, lonely and stressful job. The Parental Stress Line is available to help.
This hotline (1-800-632-8188) is toll-free, statewide and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All calls are anonymous and confidential. This site describes services, shares information and offers referrals to services in communities across the state.
This site also helps parents locate support groups for parents and other adults in a caregiving role who are isolated, overwhelmed or afraid of their anger toward their children. Call 1-800-882-1250. Domestic Violence Links Worldwide: Domestic Violence

Words Can Work: Words Can Work Words Can Work is a leading producer and distributor of DVDs and Words can Work booklets for young people, parents, and other caregivers, about the challenges kids face growing up.
