Post Traumatic Stress Awareness month
June has been nationally recognized as Post Traumatic Stress Awareness month in order to raise awareness of this issue and support people in getting the help that they may need. The EAP is a great resource for individuals with PTSD or family members who are seeking assistance. Additionally, here are some links to websites that may be helpful in identifying symptoms, understanding treatment options, as well as supporting others experiencing PTSD.

National Child Traumatic Stress Network- A national organization that assists children who have experienced trauma.
