Emotional Wellbeing

We live in a stressful world. Resilience is having the skills or attributes to recover quickly from a mental, physical or emotional crisis. Some individuals seem to have a natural ability to bounce back from adverse circumstances. Others must learn how to become resilient.

Typical concerns include relationship problems, addiction, depression and anger management. If you or your family members are experiencing stress or emotional difficulties, the EAP can help you to assess how to best resolve these problems. The EAP will recommend resources that can assist you. Some of these resources include therapists, support groups and hotlines.
