Manager and Supervisor Training
EAP OFFERS TRAINING FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS AT MGH, BWH, NWH AND NSMC
When you find yourself spending 80% of your time dealing with 20% of your employees, you may benefit from consultation and your employee may benefit from receiving assistance with personal or professional issues. This training will help you learn about using the Employee Assistance Program both as a management and employee resource. It will also explain how consultation with EAP can help you with behavioral health, mental health, and substance abuse concerns. Participants will be given tools to help you save time, reduce your stress, and keep the focus on work.
