Caregiver Action Network
The Caregiver Action Network educates, supports, empowers and speaks up for the more than 65 million Americans who care for loved ones with a chronic illness or disability or the frailties of old age.

Federation for Children with Special Needs
The Federation for Children with Special Needs provides information, support, and assistance to parents of children with disabilities, their professional partners, and their communities.

Veterans Affairs Caregiver Support
You may know that VA provides benefits and services for Veterans, but did you know that VA also has a number of services designed specifically to support you in your role as a Family Caregiver? With VA's Caregiver Support Line – 1-855-260-3274 – assistance is just a quick phone call away.

Well Spouse Association
The Well SpouseTM Association advocates for and addresses the needs of individuals caring for a chronically ill and/or disabled spouse/partner.  We offer peer to peer support and educate health care professionals and the general public about the special challenges and unique issues "well" spouses face every day.
