Using the EAP Strategically: For HR Business Partners
In this 60 minute webinar HR Business Partners will learn to collaborate with managers and employees in making effective referrals to EAP to support distressed employees. Distressed employees experiencing personal issues including depression family issues as well as domestic violence at times will have trouble on the job and HR can support them and their managers in resolving the concerns. Learn how to best collaborate on EAP referrals, support effective supervisor interventions and encourage employees to address and resolve issues that can interfere with job performance.

Gender Identity/Expression Policy
This 60 minute webinar is designed to support HR Business Partners to strengthen effective relationships with employees who identify as transgender, genderqueer or non-binary in alignment with the 2017 Partners-wide Gender Identity/Expression Policy. Participants will develop fluency with gender terms and concepts, and practical tips in consulting to managers.
