• Take I-93 South
• Take exit 26 for MA-3 N toward MA-28/Storrow Dr/N Station
• Slight right at MA-3 N/Massachusetts 3A N
• Slight right at Embankment Road
• Slight right at Storrow Drive
• Take the ramp on the left to Kenmore Square/Fenway
• Slight left at Charlesgate
• Slight right to stay on Charlesgate
• Continue onto Boylston Street
• Slight left at Brookline Ave
• Turn left at Riverway
• Continue onto Jamaicaway
• Continue straight onto Pond Street
• Slight left at Arborway
• At the traffic circle, take the 1^st exit onto Centre Street

From South of Boston

• Take I-93 North
• Take exit 11 to merge onto Granite Ave toward MA-203/Ashmont

• Continue onto Morton Street
• At the traffic circle, take the 3^rd exit onto Arborway/Forest Hills Overpass
• Slight left at Centre Street
• At the traffic circle, take the 1^st exit onto Centre Street

Directions to Faulkner EAP Office

The main hospital entrance is on Allendale St., off of Centre St.  Turn into the entrance and turn left to drive up the hill toward the Valet Parking/ 3^rd Floor Entrance.  Stop at the entrance if you need valet assistance. To park, turn into the entrance for the garage. Parking is available on floors 2 – 5 of the garage.

Proceed to the main entrance; when you enter the hospital you will be on the third floor. Walk past the Information Desk on your
right, and immediately on the left will be the Main Elevators. Take the elevator to the 2^nd floor. As you exit the elevator, you will see a sign for Outpatient Psychiatry/Social Work. Walk under that sign and into a waiting area, which is shared with the EAP. Have a seat and the EAP counselor will meet you there.
